Alistair builds the systems. AI agents, automation pipelines, and the product engineering around them, with a quiet preference for the simplest thing that holds up in production.

Design, build, launch. All of it, by us. You won't be wrangling three vendors to get one thing finished.
We tell you when something's overkill.
If a workflow doesn't need AI, we'll say. If a spreadsheet macro solves it, we'll write the macro. Smallest thing that solves the problem usually wins.
