Project Overview

BuyFinder is a PropTech product built to make conjunction deals more structured, transparent, and scalable for real estate professionals. We created a web platform that gives agents a single workflow for activating a listing, inviting collaborating agents, documenting agreement execution, registering buyers, and managing offers. The product turns an informal and fragmented process into one connected system that is easier to operate internally and easier to explain to vendors.

The Challenge

Conjunction deals are common in real estate, but they are often managed through scattered calls, messages, emails, and loosely documented agreements. As more agents become involved, visibility drops, communication becomes harder to manage, and the risk of disputes or process confusion grows. The challenge was to design a platform that introduced structure without making collaboration feel heavy or cumbersome.

Our Solution

We built BuyFinder as a controlled workflow from invitation to offer. Agents can activate a listing, invite selected collaborators or broader networks, execute agreements digitally, record buyer introductions, and manage offer activity from one shared record. The platform also supports a clearer vendor-facing strategy by giving agents a structured escalation path when listing momentum slows, helping collaboration become a professional advantage rather than an operational headache.
