Project Overview
Echobase is an AI platform built to help businesses turn their internal knowledge into a practical, everyday workflow tool. We created a product experience that allows teams to upload or sync files, train AI agents on that context, and then use those agents to answer questions, generate new content, and analyse information across the organization. The result is a clean, accessible AI workspace aimed at real business productivity, not experimentation for its own sake.
The Challenge
Most businesses have valuable knowledge spread across documents, cloud storage, and team-specific systems, but that information is difficult to access quickly and even harder to operationalize. The challenge was to package advanced AI capabilities into a no-code product that felt simple enough for non-technical teams while still supporting business-grade collaboration, permissions, and privacy expectations.
Our Solution
We built Echobase as a multi-user AI workspace where organizations can upload files or sync cloud storage, create agents trained on their own knowledge base, and let teams query, create, and analyse from the same source of truth.
